DBRS is one of a few independent service organizations that has launched a successful Remote Diagnostics program.  Whether a downed system is caused by operator error or a system malfunction, our service engineers will be able to solve many system problems remotely, eliminating the need for an on-site service call.  If it is determined that replacement parts are needed, field service engineers will be able to order them in advance of their service call thus shortening the overall repair time and eliminating downtime.
